You’re Holding It All Together—But Inside, You’re Barely Holding On

You try so hard to do everything right. You care deeply and you push yourself to be the best—at work, in your relationships, in every space you enter. You’re competent, kind, and hardworking—but no matter what you do, it’s never without stress or worry. And lately, you’re exhausted in a way that sleep alone can’t fix.

You’re juggling a demanding job, hiding your panic, and struggling to feel like yourself after a big transition. And the worst part? You can’t seem to let anyone see you’re struggling out of fear of how you’ll be perceived. That fear keeps you pushing harder, being nicer, working longer. And all the while, you’re fading into the background of your own life. Others believe you have it all together and you feel like you’re going through all of this alone.

You’re not alone. You’re doing everything you can—and it’s still too much.

Sound familiar?

You don’t need to hustle harder. You need support.

What You’re Experiencing Isn’t Just “Stress”—It’s Anxiety That Needs Attention

That constant worry that something will go wrong… the fear that you’ll mess up and lose everything… the loneliness, the panic that hits out of nowhere—none of it means you’re weak. It means your body and mind are carrying too much, without enough real support.

Therapy is a place to unload, exhale, and finally feel like someone truly sees you—without judgment, without hiding, just a space to be you.

You Don’t Have to Pretend Anymore

I’m Kenisha, licensed therapist, and I work with high-achieving adults in Houston who are done trying to carry it all alone, to find calm, clarity, and confidence as they make space for themselves. Together, we create a space where you don’t have to prove your worth, manage anyone else’s expectations, or pretend to be fine. You just get to be you. Raw, real, and safe to fall apart if needed.

My clients often describe feeling pressure to be perfect, even as their personal lives quietly unravel. If you’re anything like them, you’ve worked hard to appear calm, put-together, and productive—even while battling racing thoughts, sleepless nights, and rising panic. You are anxious, exhausted, and overwhelmed—I help clients leave feeling more grounded, confident, and connected to themselves and others. Current clients often tell me how refreshing it is to finally talk to someone who gets them, who can see beyond the polished surface and meet them with real understanding. They say therapy with me feels like relief. Like being able to drop the act and get real about what’s hurting. We collaborate in a way that’s supportive, insightful, and focused on making real, sustainable change.

You Deserve to Feel Like Yourself Again

As an outcomes-informed therapist, I don’t believe in guesswork. I track our progress together to make sure the work is actually helping—and if something isn’t working, we adjust. This process is about what you need.

Whether that means learning how to set boundaries without guilt, finding your voice in relationships, or simply reconnecting with joy and authenticity, I’m here to help you find your way back to yourself. You won’t be doing this alone—and you’ll never be asked to push past what you’re ready for.

FAQS About Anxiety Therapy in Houston

  • If your stress is affecting sleep, relationships, your health, or your ability to enjoy life—it’s time to talk to someone. I can help you figure it out.

  • Due to the varying nature of problems and the individuality of each patient, your therapist cannot predict the length of your therapy or guarantee a specific outcome or result. However, this will be discussed throughout your treatment to ensure you are experiencing a positive outcome. We’ll find the right pace for you.

Instead of aiming for a specific number of sessions, we’ll focus on the outcomes you want—whether that’s improving communication, setting boundaries, or navigating stress. Once you feel those areas are solid, therapy can wrap up.

  • A full 24 hours notice is required for cancellations to avoid being charged for the full service fee. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you which creates boundaries for our time.

  • $180- Individual Session 50 mins

Payment is due at the start time of service and a credit card is required to be kept on file at all times. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, FSA, and HSA.

You don’t have to carry your anxiety alone anymore. You’ve waited long enough.
